Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

* All prepurchased tickets will be scanned so a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code must be provided or one available on a smart phone. Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply

* Listed prices are on a per person basis

* Refunds and/or exchanges are not available “unless required by law”

* If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather, ticket holders will be notified in writing and refunds will be issued by 123 Tix

* Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated or defgaced in any way or have not been purchased directly from 123 Tix

* Members will be able to redeem gate entry from the race club office on the day

* Food and drink packages are non-transferable

Conditions of Entry:

* This is an All Ages Event

* ID may be required

* Children must be supervised at all timesa by a responsible Guardian over the age of 21

* Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name

* We are a fully licenced venue – no alcohol is to be brought onsite

* The venue has a House Policy that sets out its approach to Responsible Service of Alcohol. This policy will be strictkly enforced at all times.
